  1. First, you need to test with the latest update, to check if you are able to reproduce the same scenario.

2. If Yes, Please lodge an issue on Issue Report, https://issue.iflexi.asia/ as possible bug.

3. If No, Please obtain the database from the customer and sent it to RND to request an assistant to investigate the issue.
